Admin Platform

Startup client requested new UI for the platform they had.

Keeping in mind the company colours as well as a third color that would standout. The main concerns here where that people need to be invited by the admin in order to join the platform and participate in projects. There are two types of people: active and inactive. We classify people as active if they have accepted the invitation to join the platform and logged-in at least one time. We classify people as inactive if they declined the invitation, never opened the invitation, deleted their account or the admin started the invitation but left that page (leaving that person in a “draft” status).

Once a person accepts the invitation they can see available projects and get involved in as many as they wish.

Step by Step

Image 1:

Presenting current database of active and inactive users. Filtering system for the existing records

Image 2:

When a user is selected his personal information that is not displayed on the list shows up on a “card” on the right side.

Necessary extra menus that are hidden, as these provide a fast and easy access to certain tasks but would take too much space if displayed around the UI
